Heavy duty material and attractive design compared to other crates! Additionally, outstanding customer service!
We got this box for our ten-month-old pup who escaped from the old one. We picked it for its sturdiness, particularly the frame. The only issue we encountered was the lock. Our dog bent the lock on the sliding door. I reached out to the company, and they responded within 12 hours. After sending pictures of the issue, they reimbursed us for a portion of the cost. That's satisfactory. We need to take action on the lock. The only improvement needed is to make the locks as strong as a crate.
This kennel is a great investment. Maneuvering is simple as this item has lockable wheels at its base. My furry friend tried to gnaw through other crates but not this one. It is roomy and ideal for accommodating an Australian Shepherd. I genuinely suggest it.
It was a hard job that met my expectations. If she chewed on the bars, I didn't see any teeth marks. She couldn't escape, so there won't be any more accidental injuries like the ones she had in the regular cages we got from the pet store, which we went through three times.
I don't normally leave reviews, but this company was exceptional. The crate was easy to assemble, and it's attractive and robust. The package arrived in great shape with no damage. Furthermore, the seller's communication was excellent.
