It heats and cools quickly and features a temperature sensor to ensure continuous operation. Heating capacity is 6.5 liters/hour, and cooling capacity is 1.5 liters/hour.

COMPLETE PROTECTION - After three beeps, the "lack" light will notify you to replace the water bucket. The child safety lock on the top and hot water buttons provides dual protection for children. Hot water did not work. They have not honored a return or refund

Upon arrival, the hot water dispenser did not work. Through Amazon I requested a return and refund the company has not responded to the request. It has now been almost 2 weeks.. I have filed a second request for a refund and returned, and they have not responded to that either.

Missing Brand Name

Compared to other bottom loading water dispensers such as Brio or Avalon whom clearly state the name of their brand name on the water tank. Did email customer support, waiting to hear back from Manastin customer support.

Arrived full of oil and never cooled the water, absolute TRASH

Not happy

Door has many dents in it. No instructions, the lack light won't stop blinking since first set up. Haven't used it yet, so haven't discovered hot/ cold issues yet.

Oh, for those saying the cap doesn't fit, you have to put it over the original cap to the bottle, then it fits snugly. You can't just put it on a completely open bottle - if that makes sense. (Attatched picture)
